EMG

What is EMG?

EMG is broken down into three words. Experiences, Mindset, and Growth.

This system constructively reviews your life and guides you into becoming your best self. Through analysis, cultivation, and action, EMG redefines the new you!

All you have to do is follow this simple algebraic equation:

Experiences + Mindset = Growth

Experiences - The observing, encountering, or undergoing of things generally as they occur in the course of time.

Mindset - A mental attitude or disposition that predetermines a person’s responses to and interpretations of situations.

Growth - The process of developing physically, mentally, or spiritually; a stage of development.

Mindset is the bridge that connects experiences with growth. It’s what holds the equation together. A healthy, positive mindset leads to growth and new opportunities. An unhealthy, negative mindset results in failure and disappointment. In order to become the best version of self, you must identify the type of person that is and acquire the corresponding mindset.

“If you think in negative terms, you will get negative results. If you think in positive terms, you will achieve positive results.”

– Dr. Norman Vincent Peale

Through self-analyzation, you can identify that person and develop their mindset. Each experience pushes you one step closer or further away from your goal. For example, if you want to be the type of person that helps others, you would have to be generous, humble, and willing to act. Therefore, in each interaction, you must be generous, humble, and willing to act to become the type of person that helps others.

Mindset reforms transformation.

“Wherever there is a human being, there is an opportunity for a kindness.”

– Seneca

Each day you embody your future self, you boost your likelihood of becoming that person.

Our reality is made by our opinions.

Thoughts and beliefs manifest into action. You can achieve any goal once you cultivate the right mindset.

“This world is mere change, and this life, opinion.”

– Marcus Aurelius
